Praise you, Lord, that you love us as we are. We give thanks for the joys and blessings that we have shared in our own family through the years. May the love that binds us together grow stronger every day.

Bible Study / House Group
The next meeting will be on Monday 24th October at Sylvia's.

Choir & Organ Concert
This concert willtake place in St Peter's Church on Saturday 5th November at 5.00pm. It will feature the hymns of Timothy Dudley-Smith who is the writer of 300 distinguished hymns including Lord for the Years, and Tell out my Soul. He was ordained priest in 1951 and retired, then being the Bishop of Thetford, in 1991. He celebrates his 90th birthday on 26th December.

All Souls
A service to commemorate all those who have died will take place in St Peter's Church on Sunday 6th November at 6.00pm. If you would like to have the names of your loved ones read out at this service, please enter them on one of the clip board lists that can be found in the back of both churches and St Catherine's chapel. Everyone is very welcome to attend this service.

Parking at St Peter's Church
This is just a reminder to all who use St Peter's Church. The single white line on the road outside the gate denotes NO PARKING. This line is to give access to the church for hearses, wedding cars, and the dropping off of disabled passengers or heavy boxes etc. Thank you for your co-operation.

The Life of Christ
If you are interested in a visit to Wintershall to see "The Life of Christ" on Saturday 24th June 2017 please contact Theresa. More information can be found on the church notice board.

Calling all Super Heroes...
to a light party at St John's Church, Ryde on Saturday 28th October from 4.00pm - 6.00pm. Lots of fun, hot dogs and doughnuts. Free admission for all 6-12 year olds. For more information or with offers of help please see Sylvia. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE, COSTUMES OPTIONAL!!

Mothers' Union
Tuesday 25th October 2.00pm. The St Helen's and Seaview branch of the Mothers' Union will meet in St Peter's Church Hall. The speaker this month will be the Revd Jill Carman who will talk about her personal journey of faith. There will be the usual refreshments and raffle. Everyone is welcome, including non-members.

Isle of Wight Street Pastors
A fundraising sale is being held on the afternoon of Thursday 27th October at Bembridge Village Hall 2.00 - 5.00pm. There will be a time of prayer and praise, afternoon tea and some musical entertainment. Everyone welcome. Please contact Zeta Bishop if you have items to sell or donations.
