Christmas!!
We are now in the run-down to Christmas. The Traidcraft stall will resume after the 10.00am services at St Peter's and also at the coffee mornings selling mainly seasonal goods. Catalogues are also available for you to browse through. Please try and support this worthy cause through our church.

Parish Magazine Distributors
Four people are URGENTLY required to help with the distribution of the Parish Magazine in Seaview, please contact Paul and Mary Jackson if you would like to help with this. Occasional people also required to cover for holidays etc.

St Peter's Church Cleaning
To those of you working as church cleaners please accept the churchwardens apologies for the extra dust and mess at this time.
The work on the west wall is creating considerable mess and while the builders have done their best to seal the gaps it is not possible to stop all the dust. Could the church be cleaned as late as possible on Friday afternoon, or preferably Saturday morning, as this will give a chance for the dust to settle. Thank you very much for your co-operation, and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Due to illness and other circumstances we now find ourselves short of cleaners for St Peter's Church. If you could find a spare hour a month to assist with this on a rota basis please contact Sylvia.

Nettlestone School
Will be holding their key stage 2 carol service in St Peter's Church on Friday 16th December at 9.30am. It would be good if as many church folk as possible could support them on this occasion.

Windows at St Peter's
The observant ones among you will have seen the decorations on the wood covering for the windows. These were done by classes 2,4 and 6 of Nettlestone school for which we are very grateful.

Bereavement Group
I am sure you do not need any reminders of how difficult this time of year can be for those who have been bereaved or face any kind of loss. Join us in St Peter's Church Hall on Friday 9th December at 2.00pm.

Church Christmas Cards
Hopefully by now these are well on the way to being delivered in St Helens and Seaview. If you have difficulty in delivering these in the next week, have run out of cards, or have some left over please let Sylvia know asap.

Church Christmas
The rack is now out for Christmas cards at the back of St Peter's. Please only use this for regular church attenders. Cards to other people will not be delivered.

St Peter's Ride and Stride
To all who contributed to the Ride and Stride scheme back in September we owe a big thank you. The church has received £242.50 which is half the amount raised. Thank you very much.

Tuesday 13th December
Mince pies and social morning at 11.00am at Sylvias. All are welcome.
