Lord Jesus, we thank you that we know that you are God’s son and are able to live in close relationship with you. We pray for those who doubt, that they will discover the truth of your abiding love and the joy of walking with you through life.

St Helens & Seaview Church Choir
If you are a singer and would like to find out more about joining the Church choir please feel free to speak with Alan after a service at St Helen's, or send him a message via our contact page. Commitment is Sundays 10.00am, alternating weekly at each church, choir practice Friday evenings 6.30pm - 8.00pm, weddings as requested.

St Peter's Flower Festival
A big thank you to Gaby and her team of helpers who gave such a super flower festival last week-end. Having got off to an excellent start on Friday evening with wine and nibbles there was a constant stream of visitors to the church to enjoy the excellent displays on the theme of Chelsea-by- Sea. Thank you to everyone who supported in any way throughout the week-end and helping to raise over £441.00

May Day
Thank you very much to the ladies of the Mothers' Union and all who supported them in providing or consuming refreshments on Monday. £318.00 was raised for Mothers' Union projects.

Corporate Communion
The Mothers' Union corporate Communion will be held in the Lady Chapel in St Peter's Church on Thursday 11th May. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Saturday 13th May
A jacket potato lunch will be held in St Peter's Hall between 12.00noon and 2.00pm in aid of Christian Aid. Please come and support with your presence and a donation.

Bible Study / House Group
These weekly regular bible studies will resume on Monday 8th May beginning at 10.30am at Sylvia's. Everyone is welcome either on a regular or occasional basis.

Christian Healing Mission
Encountering the God who loves to heal

Saturday 6th May 1.00pm - 5.00pm St Peter's Hall, Letting Jesus Heal - a presentation and workshop for all those interested in drawing themselves or others closer to Jesus to receive His healing through prayer.

Sunday 7th May 10.00am St Peter's Church, Eucharist - Preacher Revd John Ryeland on THE GOD WHO LOVES TO HEAL and 4.00pm St Helen's Church, SERVICE OF HEALING - for ourselves, for others and for our world.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
