Traidcraft
Sadly this will cease to trade at the end of December 2018. This is due to needing to compete with supermarkets etc who now stock Traidcraft goods. HOWEVER for this last season Sylvia will be selling Christmas Cards and biscuits after the 10.00am services at St Peter’s, with coffee in the church hall. There will also be catalogues available if you would like to order anything from that. Any other details available from Sylvia.

St Peter’s Church Cleaners
We are URGENTLY looking for one or two people to help with church cleaning. If this is something you could help with, please have a word with Sylvia.

St Peter’s Coffee Morning
Thanks to everyone who supported our October coffee morning in any way. The total raised was £211.40 for which we are very grateful. The next one is Saturday November 24th from 10.00 - 12.00 noon which will have a Christmas theme. We hope to make this our bumper coffee morning of the year. Please come and help us.

St Peter’s Church Garden
The end of the year gardening is continuing at St Peter’s and our thanks are due to Rhian and her small team of volunteers. We will be meeting at 9.30am on Tuesday 27th November. Time is of the essence now if we are to get the garden ready for the winter.

Book Club
December 3rd, 7.00pm, in St Peter’s undercroft. The next book for the book club is “The Great Divorce” by CS Lewis. It is a fascinating allegory about heaven with images that you won’t forget! [Please contact Alison if you would like a copy or are thinking of coming for the first time.] The meeting will discuss the book for 45 minutes and then watch the film of “The Shack”.
Feel free to come for any part of the evening whether you have read the book or not. It is an informal evening but stimulating gathering and all are very welcome.
