HELP - WE NEED STRONG MEN [AND WOMEN] We need muscle power from 8.30am until 8.00pm to help set up before hand and to clear away afterwards.
It ia not too late to bring good quality bric-a-brac, books, toys, and tombola prizes to the church by Sunday 11th.
Specifically wanted - someone to run the bottle stall.
The use of large vehicles to take left overs to charity shops the following day.
A gardener with a wheelbarrow to collect produce from the allotments and then take to the fete ground on the day.
If you think you could help, please contact Sylvia.
RAFFLE TICKETS are now available for the fete. It is
essential that we sell as many tickets as possible before the day.
Please get books from Sylvia and let her have the stubbs and money by Wednesday 14th or bring them on the day. As we clash with Cowes week it is anticipated that attendance will be down. It is important that we have a virtual attendance!!!!!
Card Payment
At St Helen’s Church there is now the opportunity to make donations by card.
Please speak to the sidesperson on duty.
Art Exhibition
A very big thank you to Liz Fletcher for the lovely art exhibition she put on in the undercroft at the end of July. Thank you, Liz for all your hard work and sharing your talent with us.
