St Helen's PCC
There are 4 vacancies on St. Helen's PCC, together with the positions of Churchwardens and secretary. It is vital to the continuing running of the Church, that these vacancies are filled, and soon. The APCM is on April 26th, so it is hoped that committed people will come forward for election to fill these positions.
Choir
If you are a singer and would like to find out more about joining the Church choir please feel free to speak with the choir director, Mel, after the service. Tenors, basses, and altos especially needed, and to be able to read music essential.
Traidcraft
I would like to thank all of you who have supported our "Traidcraft" sales over the past year, as a result of which
£150.00 will be donated to St. Peter's Church Funds.
The spring catalogue is now out which includes the REAL chocolate Easter Eggs.
I will be ordering a supply of these and do hope that you will think of these when doing your Easter shopping. As usual I will be holding an open day on Saturday 21st March from 10 - 5 with refreshments. [Sylvia]
Christian Aid
Christian Aid "Count your Blessings" leaflets are available in all three Churches. I know many of you have found these useful in the past and hope you will again this year. Please help yourself.
Following the departure of Paul Jenkins & the retirement of David Marrow, we are looking for a new Christian Aid representative for our churches. Offers of help

RNLI
Seaview, St. Helens and Brading Haven RNLI AGM will be held at the Northbank Hotel on Thursday 19th March at 11.00am. Coffee will be served and all are welcome to attend. At the end of the meeting Mike Samuelson, the Bembridge Lifeboat's Operations manager will give a brief report on the Lifeboat's activities during the last year. The guest of honour at this event will be John Cheverton.
After the meeting there will be a spring lunch, 12.30pm for 1.00pm. Tickets for this are available from "The Bookworm" at £12.00 each.
