St Peter’s APCM follows the service this morning (3rd May). Do stay to find out what the church has been doing over the past year, elect church officers and hear plans for the coming year.

Haven Fellowship: Our next Bible and Prayer meeting is at St Catherine’s chapel, St Helen’s on Wednesday May 20th, from 6.30 - 8.00pm: Join us for a light Agape supper of bread and cheese, and then explore God’s Word. Please let Caroline know if you are coming by text on 07533 083401 for catering purposes.

St Helen’s and St Peter’s Churches are looking to for New Social Events and Fundraising Teams to work alongside the PCC. Also, The Friends of St Helen’s Church are seeking a new Trustee to join them. Please let Revd Karen know if you are interested.

Many thanks to all who supported the Coffee Morning and Plant Sale yesterday. The next Coffee Morning and Plant Sale at St Mary’s, Brading is on Saturday 9th May (yes, two in two weeks!). Do come along for Tea, Coffee, Cakes, Preserves, Stalls, Raffle, Farmer Ralph and lots more bargain Plants.

Our Benefice Ascension Day service will be held at the Old Church on the Duver in St Helen’s at 8.30am, on Thursday 14th May, followed by breakfast or coffee in the Baywatch Cafe. Do come along to celebrate the next part of the Easter story.

Vectis Brass are in concert at St Mary’s on Thursday 14th May starting at 7.30pm in aid of Brading Bells. There will be refreshments, a raffle and a retiring collection to raise funds for the Brading Bells

Assembly Bangers’ Singalong. 16th May at 3.00pm in St Helen’s Church. There will be voting slips in each church. Please vote for your favourite school assembly ‘bangers’ that you love and come along on 16th to reminisce and sing your favourite school hymn/song. Afterwards we will serve Cream Teas at £5.00 a head with tea or coffee.with tea or coffee, or add a glass of Prosecco for just £3.00 per glass. If you can generously donate scones, cream, or time to help on the day please let Sue or Sarah know.
