Welcome to Easter in the Churches of The Have Benefice.
On our Island we are surrounded at Easter by the miracle of new birth in creation. As the Winter gives way to Spring we see God’s handiwork bursting out all around us. Easter is about God’s handiwork too. Easter tells the story of God taking a hopeless situation and redeeming it. That is good news for us because it shows that God can take our despair, our failures, our black times and by his grace and love transform them. It is because of Easter we have a chance with God for a new start, a new life, a resurrection to a new wonderful and everlasting life.
Why not join us to celebrate what God did for each of us in Jesus resurrection, and the hope it brings for the world and maybe we will all discover a new life and new hope for ourselves.
