Both St Mary’s and St Peter’s collect tinned foods, toiletries and other essentials for the Food bank. St Helen’s has a Community Fridge food waste Project: visit the Community Centre and take what you can use to prevent food from going in the bin, plus follow them on the St Helens Community Fridge Facebook page.

Just a gentle reminder that food left at the back of the church is for the food bank or specific charities. If you are in need please see Sylvia or Rev Bevaly.

Thank you to everyone who supported St Mary’s Christmas Tree Festival: The donations from the concert were given to those who lost their homes in the house fire in Brading last week; The Craft sale made money for both the church and the Brading Bellringers and donations from the Lights of Love service were donated to Mountbatten.

The Brading Community Nativity starts at 4.00pm TODAY( 10th December) at Brading Station. Along with the Methodist Church (and hopefully Gary the Donkey!) we will journey around Brading following the real story of Christmas. Please bring a torch (no candles) and dress up as an angel or shepherd if you like. We finish with refreshments in St Mary’s church hall. If the weather is very wet please meet in the Youth Club and move to the church hall.

There will be a Traditional Burns lunch in St Peter’s church hall on Sunday 28th Jauary 2024 at 12.30pm - £10 per person. Details to follow.
