St Helen's & St. Peter's Choir
We are looking for a new choir director. If you know of any one that might be interested in taking this on, please let Rob or John know. We would also welcome new members to the choir, especially altos, tenors and basses. It would be helpful if you could read music but not essential.

Bible Study
The weekly Bible Studies continue on Tuesday mornings and are currently using Table Talk, enabling us to discuss freely issues of faith, life and morality. Each session stands alone so please feel free to give us a try. Next meeting 14th July.

Mothers' Union
Summer and the Church Fete are approaching........fast. The Mothers' Union would welcome items for their tombola stall. A box will be inside the porch at St. Peter's or let Dee, Molly, or Sylvia have your contribution. With grateful thanks.

St. Helens Fete
Very many thanks to everyone who contributed, helped or supported [in any way] the stall on St. Helens green on 28th June. We had a very successful day and made a total of £925.68 for St. Helen's Church Appeal Fund. This was made up of sewing group £244.62, cakes, plants and soft toys £283.80, and the bottle tombola £397.26. A truly magnificent result.

Vicarage Garden Party
Monies raised as follows. £155.00 to be divided between both churches. £133.00 for the Junior Choir's annual outing, and £30.00 to St. Helen's Appeal fund from the Sewing Group. Thank you to everyone for their hard work in making this possible.

St Helen's Church Cleaning Working Party
Calling anyone who can wield a duster, brandish a mop or push a vacuum cleaner. There will be a cleaning working party at St Helen's Church on Tuesday 21st July from 10.00am until noon. Many hands make light work so......... Let's make the Church a shiny, clean, cobweb free zone.
