Mothers' Union Prayers
Alleluia, Christ is Risen. He is risen indeed, alleluia! As we celebrate the glorious resurrection, we pray with Christians everywhere for new life for oppressed, the hungry, the abused and the lonely. We give thanks for our members who minister to those in need and ask that they may be inspired and renewed by the Easter celebrations.

Bible Study / House Group
There is now a break until 9th April, when the group will resume at Sylvia's.

Priest-in-Charge
We have now received notice that the licensing of the Revd Alison Morley will take place on Sunday 15th April at 4.00pm. The venue is St Mary the Virgin, Brading. All are very welcome to this service.

The Late Penelope Simpson
After the 10.00am Easter Day Eucharist at St Helen’s Church there will be a short service to dedicate a bench which Penelope’s family have given in her memory, and will be sited outside the main door of the church. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Bottle Stall
To raise much needed funds for St Helen’s Church, Rose Gillett & John Kerslake will be holding a bottle tombola stall at the Seaview May Fayre on Monday 7th May. Donations of full and in date bottles of any description would be gratefully appreciated.

Bereavement Group
This group will meet on Friday 6th April at 2.00pm in St Peter’s Hall. This is an informal and friendly group and all are very welcome to attend.

St Peter’s Coffee Morning
Thank you to everyone who helped and supported at the last coffee morning in any way. £256.15 was raised for Church funds.

APCMs
The Annual Parochial Church Meetings will take place on the following dates.
St Helen’s on Sunday 8th April after the morning service at 11.30am.
St Peter’s 15th April after the morning service at 11.30am in St Peter’s Hall.

Church Warden
For the past few years, Sylvia has been working alone as Church Warden at St Peter’s Church. With the APCM fast approaching, is there anyone who would be willing to stand as Church Warden along side Sylvia especially now as we await a new Incumbent.
Nomination forms are available from John Cheverton. This is a very important position and should not be undertaken by just one person.

Seaview, St Helens & Brading Haven RNLI
The branch's AGM will take place on Thursday 12th April at 11.30am at the Northbank Hotel. Annual subscriptions will be due on that day. This will be followed by the Spring Lunch 12.30pm for 1.00pm. Tickets available from Bookworm, Pier Road at £12.50. Menu, roast lamb, roast potatoes and spring vegetables, followed by one of Mary’s special puddings and coffee.
