Bible Study / House Group
The next meeting will be on on Monday 14th May at Sylvia's. We will be looking at the lectionary for the following week. Everyone is welcome to attend on a regular or occasional basis.

Advance Notice
There will be a Summer Evening Concert in St Helen’s Church on Thursday 31st May at 7.30pm. Please make a note of the date and time in your diary and further details will be published shortly.

Pompey Chimes
The new style Pompey Chimes, now as a booklet, can be found at the back of Church. It is headed Diocese of Portsmouth which may be confusing. Please pick one up as you leave church.

The Archbishop’s Call to Prayer
There will be a prayer meeting in St Catherine’s Chapel on Friday 18th May at 1930. We will be praying for our nation at this point in our history, and praying that more people will come to know God for themselves. This is part of a whole week of prayer for our nation and includes all Christian Denominations working and praying together.

May Fayre Success
Plants, cakes, cards, recipe books and the bottle tombola raised over £70.00 for St Helen’s Church funds at the Seaview May Fayre on Monday. Thank to all who contributed or supported us in any way.

Bottle Tombola
John & Rose would like to say a very big “thank you” to everyone who generously gave bottles for the tombola at the May Fayre. The stall raised an amazing £354.00 for St Helen’s Church. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Flower Festival
A very big thank you to everyone who helped with the flower festival last week-end, the flower arrangers, cake makers, and the stewards. It was a great effort and raised over £445.00 Thank you all very much.

Mothers’ Union
Knit & Natter. The MU knit and natter group will meet on Tuesday 15th June. This is an informal craft group with lots of chat and refreshments.

St Peter’s Coffee Morning
Advance notice that the next coffee morning will be held on Saturday 26th May at 10.00am. The raffle will be drawn at 11.15am.
