22nd December 10.00am Christmas Coffee Morning in the church hall. WI bell ringers and the church choir will entertain.

St Peter’s Church Cleaners
We are URGENTLY looking for one or two people to help with church cleaning. If this is something you could help with, please have a word with Sylvia.

St Peter’s Coffee Morning
The next coffee morning will be on 22nd December 10.00-12.00 when there will be the usual stalls. The W.I. bell ringers will entertain at 10.15 followed by St Peter’s Church Choir at 10.45. As this is the last coffee morning of the year, all remaining Traidcraft stock will be sold off at half price.

Office Cleaner
We are looking for someone who might be prepared to clean the Parish Office 2 hours a month. Please contact either Rose or Sue.

Benefice Book Group
The book for the next few months is “God in all Things” by Gerard Hughes. We will meet in Seaview in the undercroft of St Peter’s Church on the second Monday in January and discuss the first 6 chapters and then on the first Monday in February to look at the rest. Ali has copies of the book, which she has bought at £2.50 each and if you would like one please contact her, also if you have any questions about this. It is a free and open discussion, no right answers, as we share our reactions and inspirations with each other.

Living the Questions
This group will meet on Monday January 28th, 7.00pm in the undercroft at St Peter’s. The same openness of discussion as the book group and some interesting video input….. No preparation required. Please let Ali know if you are coming, if you get the chance.

St Helen’s Church Coffee Morning
Thank you to everyone who helped in any way and to all who attended. The grand total of £433.35 was raised for Church funds.

Brading Events

Benefice Book Group
On the last Monday in January and subsequent 4th Mondays the meeting will be in the Church Hall at Brading at 7.00pm and the whole book [God in all things] will be discussed.
