Seaview & St Helen’s Electoral Roll urgently required to be completed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is time for the Electoral Rolls to be completely renewed. Forms for this are at the back of both churches and a box for the completed ones.

St Peter’s Coffee Morning
The November coffee morning raised £389.20. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this in any way. Our next coffee morning will be on December 14th 10.30am - 12.00noon. Christmas biscuits, cards and a selection of original paintings, suitable as gifts will be on sale, together with the usual books, tombola and raffle. We will be entertained by the hand bell ringers from the WI and share in the festive spirit together. Why not come and join us?

Sunday Lunch
Are you tired of cooking Sunday lunch for one? Why not join us in the undercroft for Sunday Lunch with good company on the third Sunday of the month at 12.30pm. The next one is on December 15th. Names to Sylvia please.

Bible Study
Please note that from Monday 25th November the Bible Study Group will meet in the undercroft at 10.30am every Monday. We will be using a 4 week Advent course which helps us apply our faith to daily living in the world today.

Lights of Love
Sunday 1st December at 7.00pm in the Vine, St Helen’s, for the Hospice.
Friday 5th at 7.00pm in St Peter’s Church garden. For the Hospice.

November Eco church afternoon Sunday 24th November 3.30pm
We will be “Preparing for winter festivals”. We will be preparing candle holders for the Winter Solstice Service on 21st Dec, and the candlelit carol service on 22nd Dec. We will also be learning about traditional winter festivals and the Christian development of these over the centuries. Also reflection and shared food!!

Christmas Eco Craft Afternoon
At St Helen’s Community Centre on Saturday 30th November. 12.00noon -4.00pm. Make an Eco Hamper for a friend. [Wax food wraps, knitted cloths and soap mitts] All ages very welcome to join in and a play area for little ones will be on offer.

The Group is Continuing its discussion of the book “Unapologetic” by Francis Spurford [and a look at Augustine’s Confessions for those who have the time]. Monday 2nd December in the undercroft.

Sunday Brunch
After the service on Sunday 24th November at St Mary’s.
Bacon butties and chatter.

Christmas Tree Festival
St Mary’s Annual Christmas Tree Festival opens with a concert on Friday 6th December at 6.30pm with the Brading Community Choir. Runs until Sunday 8th December.

WI Carol Service
December 8th at 2.00pm at St Mary’s with a focus on the women of the story

St Mary’s Prayer Group
This is open to all and is on the second Monday of the month at 7.00pm in the church hall. Next one 9th December.
