28th Sept 12.30 for 1.00pm St Helen’s Church Harvest Lunch in the Community Centre - tickets £7.50 available from Mary & Rose
30th Sept 10.30am Bible Study at Sylvia's - all are welcome
6th Oct 10.00am Harvest Festival service at St Peter’s
Please bring the produce of your garden and allotment to display and share if you wish, along with food for the food bank.
St Peter’s Harvest Lunch
Will be held in the undercroft on Sunday 6th October at 12.30pm.
Admission will be by ticket only and numbers are limited.
Tickets available from Beth Dollery at £5.00 each.
This will include a soft drink but please feel free to bring your own bottle if you prefer something stronger.
There will be no corkage charge!!
Work party for St Peter’s Hall
On 12th October from 10.00am to rub down the walls and fill holes.
On 19th October all hands to paint the walls.
Please bring brushes and paint trays.
Please do come and help with this.
We will need lots of support and tea makers essential.

Memorial Gardens
From the Lichgate to the entrance to St Helen’s Church, there are two small flower beds, one on either side of the path, which the PCC would like to make into memorial gardens, by planting rose bushes in memory of loved ones.
If you would like to contribute please speak to Sue [churchyard manager] or phone her on 01983 568761 for more details.
It is hoped the project will start in the Autumn.

The benefice book club will meet on Monday 7th October at 7.00pm in the undercroft at St Peter’s Seaview.

6th Oct St Mary’s Harvest Festival followed by harvest brunch. All welcome.

St Mary’s Prayer Group
This is open to all and is on the second Monday of the month at 7.00pm in the church hall. Next one 14th October.
Sunday Brunch at St Mary's
There will be a Brunch after the 9.30am service for Harvest on 6th October.
This will be held in the Church.
